There are many images that can be viewed and perceived as realistic or that have hidden images within the image. There is video content that is along the same lines. There is no right or wrong answer- the idea is to interact with another person or an online community to try to guess what the image is or could be,

The idea is based on a person who used this type of image therapy to recover from a severe illness that caused a craniectomy- losing part of the brain. By developing these images and looking closely, it allows for the brain to see many things and look at nature in different ways and perspectives.
